About Coastal Support

Coastal Support was founded by a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience across ambulatory care, urgent care, home health, skilled nursing, long-term care, and hospice settings.

After years in clinical practice, our founder recognized a gap that medicine alone can't fill: people navigating complex care without a knowledgeable, steady presence beside them. Coastal Support exists to bridge that gap.

We provide patient advocacy and care coordination services, including appointment accompaniment, follow-up support, and organized care documentation. Our advocates ensure that each client's needs and wishes are clearly communicated to their providers, and that nothing said during a visit is lost afterward — reinforcing key information, clarifying next steps, and following through until the client has the answers they need. At the direction of the patient, we also support family communication and coordination.

Our team brings clinical knowledge and hands-on experience, compassion, and a genuine investment in each client's wellbeing, so you and your loved ones are never left to figure it out alone.
