Our Services
Coastal Support offers private, concierge patient advocacy and care coordination services for individuals and families along the Oregon coast. Our services are billed at approximately $75 per hour. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Initial Consultation
A complimentary phone call to learn about your situation, answer your questions, and determine how Coastal Support can help.
Client Intake
A comprehensive in-person interview to establish your care goals, build your client folder, review medications, gather provider information, and document your communication preferences. This is the foundation of everything we do on your behalf.
Appointment Accompaniment
We attend medical appointments with you or your loved one to ensure your needs and wishes are clearly communicated to your providers. We take detailed notes, clarify recommendations, and follow through until every question has an answer. Transportation is available.
Care Coordination
Ongoing support between appointments — including provider follow-up, documentation, medication organization, and keeping you and your family informed and aligned at the direction of the patient.
